Project Turnaround Times

Allow plenty of time for the best possible result.

We know it can be difficult determining when to request assistance from the Office of Marketing & Communications. That's why we've created the table below, which identifies the typical minimum turnaround times for the some of the most commonly requested projects. All times are expressed as business days.

Our ability to complete projects within these published ranges is largely dependent upon the office's workload at the time the creative services request is submitted. In certain instances, quicker turnarounds may be accommodated by contacting Clare Venegas at cvenegas@udallas.edu or 972-721-5179.

A couple of definitions before you start planning. Creative turn is the time it will take to move a project through the entire production and proofing process. Print turn is the time it will take to print, if needed.
