Advertising at the 2020 University of Dallas Ministry Conference is an excellent way
to give your product and services more exposure and to increase booth traffic. There
are several different ways you can advertise your organization to the conference attendees.
Registration is done through Exhibitor Registration.

This book, which will be 6" x 9" in size, will be given to all attendees (approximately
3,500) and contains valuable information about the event, exhibits, and sessions.
The program book will be handed out during on-site registration and will be made available
online about a week prior to the conference. To reserve program advertising, please
All program ads should be submitted as a PDF, JPG, TIFF, or EPS file at a minimum
resolution of 300dpi. They can be printed in black and white or grayscale. Any color
ads submitted will be converted to grayscale. There is no bleed. Space reservation
is due by August 3, 2020 and all artwork is due August 10, 2020. Advertising space is limited and first priority will be given to UDMC Sponsors and
Exhibitors. All advertising applicants will be contacted the first week of August to
confirm ad placement.
For those interested in prime advertising at the conference, we encourage you to consider
sponsoring an Entrance Unit (4 available). Each unit will include 4 large panels of
a graphic of your choice (38.125" x 82") adjacent to the schedule for the conference.
By sponsoring an entrance unit at the Bronze Level ($2,500), you will also get several
other perks, including up to two exhibit booths, 1/2 page program book advertisement,
and the opportunity to provide 3,500 bag stuffers. For more information, visit the Sponsor Information page.
Give-Aways (Bag Stuffers)
If you will be participating as an exhibitor at the conference, donate 3,500 of any
give-away item, such as pens, notepads, magnets or informational brochures, to be
included in the conference bags. This is a simple way to ensure something with your
name on it goes home with every conference participant and may help drive participants
to your booth while they are at the conference!
We ask that you limit the giveaway to tangible items such as pens, notepads, notebooks,
catalogs, etc. Please note: No flyers/brochures will be accepted this year. There will be a special area for flyers and brochures. Contact Lauren Passalugo at

You can receive this special opportunity (until filled) by purchasing advertising
in our registration system or sponsoring the UDMC. If you would like to provide something
for the bags, please fill out the registration online form.
