The Business Analytics program provides students with the tools and techniques required for analyzing business data and creating predictive models to support ethical and sustainable business decisions in both domestic and global contexts.

The business analytics program is one of the STEM-designated degree programs that qualify international graduates for an optional practical training (OPT) extension of 24 months, for a total of 36 months.

Enterprise Architecture

The master’s in business analytics is a 30-hour program comprising 13 classes that help students develop the tools they need for a career in business analytics. Almost all classes are on the Irving campus or in a hybrid format (partly online, partly on campus). This allows a wide range of face-to-face collaborative opportunities with other students and professors. No GMAT or GRE is required for admission. For the typical working professional taking two classes per semester, the MS in business analytics program can be completed in about 1-2 years.
