The Catholic University for Independent Thinkers
Theological Education for Transformative Service.
School of Ministry students, immersed in the Catholic theological tradition, develop critical skills for theological reflection and receive high quality education and formation that fosters personal growth, professional ministry, and transformative service to the Catholic Church, the broader Christian community, and the wider world. The School of Ministry offers practice-oriented programs of theological studies and pastoral ministry including degrees, certificates, conferences, ongoing seminars, lectures, and continuing education.
Our carefully designed graduate programs help students acquire a deeper appreciation for Catholic tradition while developing the pastoral skills necessary for effective ministry.
The undergraduate pastoral ministry major at UD combines a deep commitment to the broad educational vision of the liberal arts with a passionate commitment to hands-on service of Christ and his church.
Save the date for the seventh annual conference, which will take place on October 25-26, 2013. The keynote speaker will be His Eminence Óscar Cardinal Rodríguez of Honduras.
