Odette Christie is the president of OEC² Solutions, LLC, a management consulting, corporate training, and executive coaching company. Odette is an organizational development practitioner with 25 years experience. Her expertise includes organizational development, talent management, change management, management development, leadership development, executive development, and executive coaching.  She has led and implemented a wide range of projects focused on performance improvement at the individual, team, and organizational levels in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Middle East and Africa.

Odette has a B.S. in Communication from Southern Illinois University, a Masters in Organizational Communication from St. Louis University and MBA from the University of Dallas.
