The University of Dallas Master of Leadership will give you the essential tools and strategic understanding to succeed as a leader, decision maker and strategic thinker. The UD Master of Leadership is designed for aspiring leaders and experienced executives who work in various kinds of organizations, including private industry, public service, entrepreneurial start-ups, schools and non-profits. It will also help you become a leader who acts with integrity and innovates with vision.  

A Powerful Education in Leadership

The UD leadership program combines case-study analysis, organizational studies, behavioral science and the liberal arts into a truly distinctive and powerful education in leadership. The program integrates practical management skills with sophisticated strategic understanding, fostered by self-awareness and grounded in experiential learning. 

A Catalyst for Personal & Professional Growth

Drawing together students of diverse backgrounds and professional experiences, the UD Master of Leadership will enable you to accelerate your career and deepen your engagement with the world. You will learn the foundations of leadership and develop the practical skills you will need to lead others to the highest levels of success and accomplishment. If you're working in a school setting, Leadership students have the unique opportunity to earn a Certificate in Classical Learning in concert with their Master of Leadership by completing an additional three classes (9 credit hours).*

A Flexible & Integrated Learning Experience 

You can complete your Master of Leadership through a mix of courses taught online and on campus. The program consists of three parts: (1) Leadership Core, (2) Capstone Experience, (3) Elective Courses. These will prepare you for success in today's challenging workplace. By pursuing the UD Master of Leadership, you will be joining a vibrant learning community, in which you can become an authentic and transformative leader. Students also have the option of completing a twelve-hour Certificate of Leadership.

*To earn the Classical Learning Certificate, students take their nine Leadership elective credits in the Humanities/ Classical Education Program and then add an additional nine credit hours of Classical Education courses.

After calculating totals from yesterday's North Texas Giving Day (NTGD), the University of Dallas will retain its unofficial title as the most generous university in North Texas. UD ranked first among all colleges and universities, and sixth among nearly 400 schools, for both total funds raised and number of gifts received, thanks to the generosity of our community.
