Computer Science, BA, BS, Concentration

In computer science, students explore algorithms, programs and programming, and computational systems. The main goals of the discipline at UD are to build a systematic body of knowledge, theories and models that explains the properties of computational systems and to demonstrate how this body of knowledge can be used to produce solutions to real-world problems.

Computer Science at the University of Dallas

Computer science is the intellectual discipline widely accepted as the ascendant field of this century. At the University of Dallas, students of computer science make use of the Core Curriculum to improve their ability to design and document computer programs. Students will learn to communicate complex ideas and grasp the human element of computer science, all while developing skills in systems administration, programming languages, hardware design and other computer science through close faculty-student mentorship.
