Payment Login Instructions

Student Login to Cashnet

To login to Cashnet, students will use the same log in ID and password that they use for Banner Web.

Parent login to Cashnet

Parents desiring to see the charges, payments, installment notes, 1098T’s, or eBills will need to have their own login to Cashnet. Their student can set them up with a login by doing the following:

  1. The student will need to log in to Banner Web and then into Cashnet. See above.
  2. Once the student is inside Cashnet, they need to click on “Add New” in the Parent PINs box on the bottom left side of the page.
  3. Fill out the web document. An email will be sent to the parent with a login and a temporary password.
  4. Once the parent has received the email with the login and temporary password, the parent will go to Cashnet for Parents
  5. Use the login information that you received in the email. Once you sign in, the system will require that the password be changed.

The parent or authorized user will be able to see the financial information for the student.

Credit Card Policy:

All credit and debit card payments for tuition, fees, and room/board will be subject to a convenience fee of 2.75% (domestic cards) and 4.25% (international cards). We accept cash, check, electronic check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. There are no fees charged for electronic checks. The Business Office no longer accepts credit or debit card payments in person or by telephone. For the convenience of the students, payment kiosks have been set up outside the Business Office.

eBills in Cashnet:

Cashnet provides eBills to allow online viewing of a student’s bill. Each time an eBill is uploaded, an email will be sent out to those students and parents who have an email on the Cashnet system. You can then log into Cashnet to view the eBill.

Given his strong UD legacy, Bill Bennett, BS '20, was practically destined to attend the University of Dallas. Stories about UD's Rome Program and rugby were essential aspects of Bennett's childhood given that both of his parents, as well as many extended relatives, are UD alumni.
