Get pumped for Groundhog TGIT from 9 p.m. - midnight in the Rathskellar! Be sure to be there in time to see Groundhog King and Queen crowned at  10:30 p.m. 

The Rathskeller venue has been extended to include the upstairs patio for the accommodation of all UD community members, alumni and guests who want to enjoy the concert.

Friday, January 31

  • Champagne Breakfast for UD faculty, staff and of-age students sponsored by University Advancement and hosted by the National Alumni Board — 10 a.m., between Cardinal Farrell Hall and the J.M. Haggar University Center
  • Heri Bert Bartscht Exhibit, Public Reception — 6p.m. - 8p.m., Beatrice M. Haggerty Art Gallery
    Bartscht was a successful Dallas sculptor and Emeritus Professor of Art at the University of Dallas after a twenty-nine year teaching career. For the first time in almost two decades, a significant collection of the artist’s work has been brought together. The exhibition is made up from loans from private collections, as well as, sculptures from University of Dallas permanent art collection.
