The University of Dallas has partnered with Google to deliver enhanced collaboration services to all enrolled students. The Google Apps for Education partnership enables the collaborative student use of Gmail, Calendaring, Instant Messaging, and Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations with no advertising or marketing directed at our users.

Undergrads - your username is your 1st initial followed by your last name, and your password is initially your entire student ID number
Braniff grads - your username is your 1st initial followed by your last name, and your password is initially your entire student ID number
College of Business- your username is your 1st initial followed by your last name, and your password is initially your entire student ID number
Neuhoff Institute for Ministry & Evangelization- your username is your 1st initial followed by your last name, and your password is initially your entire student ID number
Faculty and staff- your username is your 1st initial followed by your last name, and your password is initially your entire Banner ID number
