Homeschool Scholarship
Amount: $5,000
Eligibility: High School Seniors from accredited and non-accredited homeschool programs.
Deadline: March 1
The Homeschool Scholarship is a $5,000 annual scholarship awarded to one exemplary high school senior. Applicants may attend an accredited or non-accredited homeschool program. The selected student will exhibit strong commitments to faith, service and achievement. Students must also submit the FAFSA - priority will be given to students who demonstrate financial need. The Homeschool Scholarship is renewable for up to 8 semesters, or 4 years of study.
In order to be considered for the Homeschool Scholarship, students must submit both a completed scholarship application and a completed application for undergraduate admission by March 1.
A complete scholarship application includes:
- Scholarship application form which includes:
- Resume
- Scholarship Essay
- Letter of recommendation from a teacher, principal, or other appropriate educational supervisor including parents, submitted via e-mail to admissions@udallas.edu
- Submission of FAFSA to UD
