Official Transcript Order Information

As of 1/31/2020 All Official Transcript Requests will be processed through National Student Clearinghouse. Please go to the link below.

Order Official Transcripts

1.       The transaction will take place through their site. The cost is approximately $15.50, and you will be able to receive the transcript in PDF format. You can also opt to have the transcript mailed or pick it up in person during regular business hours.

2.       Graduating seniors are still able to receive two free official hard copy transcripts up to one year after their graduation date, and will need to contact the Registrar’s Office to complete a form. If you go through Clearinghouse, you will be charged.

3.       If you graduated in the fall of 1987 through the spring of 2005, you would have been in the old database, AIMS; you still should be in the system and able to request your transcript online, as your records should have transferred from AIMS to the current database, Banner; however, some records did not convert all information correctly. You can log in to Banner to check this; if you remember your AIMS login information, your Banner ID number is the same as your 7-digit AIMS ID with a 90 added to the beginning. You can also call the Registrar’s Office at 972-721-5221 for assistance.

4.       If you graduated prior to December 1987, your transcript is in a hard copy format that will require additional processing time.

Important Information for Graduating Students
