JR Slubowski brings more than 20 years of experience in the marketing and loyalty fields to his work as the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy and Consulting and to his role as an adjunct instructor. He specializes in connecting clients with their customers and partners, using a decision-sciences-based approach to help companies translate their data into actionable marketing insights. JR has worked with businesses such as Owens Corning, Galderma, Grimco, Hydrafacial, Dillard’s, Domino’s Pizza, PetSmart and State Farm to develop loyalty and engagement strategies, ultimately creating memorable, meaningful customer and stakeholder experiences.

JR hold a Master’s Degree in English from Truman State University and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern.  He is also currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Dallas. As he is committed to continuing education, JR fosters the same commitment in others. He has served as an adjunct professor at Maryville University in St. Louis, having taught courses in marketing, digital engagement, and strategy, and at Lewis University in Chicago having taught courses in business communications, college writing, and literature.

When he’s not helping clients and students, JR enjoys creating memorable meals for his friends and loved ones. He also enjoys playing and watching tennis, and a really, really good glass of wine.
